Aufgaben
Hardware Configuration:
Learn and manage end-user configuration tools (Jamf, AirWatch, MECM) used to configure endpoint equipment including desktops, laptops, time clocks, POS, mobile devices
Assist with the imaging process in our pre-production facility
Deployment:
Collaborate with technical inspectors and project managers
Help identify deficiencies and alert stakeholders
Assist with accurate status reporting
Route technology issues to the appropriate teams
Design and utilize documentation
Working closely with onboard IT staff and develop relationships with internal Tech team
Logistics:
Keep an updated schedule of equipment need
Coordinate with vendors
Track hardware location on the ship
Qualifikation
Education:
Currently enrolled as a Junior or higher, or graduated within the past 12 months, from an accredited college/university, earning a degree majoring in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Project Management or similar field or related work experience
Basic Qualifications:
Comfortable and eager to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding timelines
Creative problem solving and remediation skills
Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders as well as senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the cruise line industry
